This site exists as a forum for those working with preserving, rehabilitating, redeveloping, or mitigating environmental concerns in textile mill communities to ask questions, suggest answers, and to continue a conversation towards mill community revitalization.
The SC Design Arts Partnership's mission is to enhance the knowledge of the importance of good design in community and economic development in South Carolina; to provide design assistance to communities that might not otherwise have the resources of abilities to access traditional services; and to leverage scarce resources by combining expertise where appropriate.
